We guarantee prompt delivery and manage the consolidation process. If an importer selects ten different products from five suppliers, we coordinate their shipments to ensure timely deliveries, ultimately helping the importer to save on shipping costs.

 

We consistently provide the importer with photo offers for updates. Additionally, we arrange well-planned buying trips for our clients, which includes preparing their itineraries.

 

a) Concept Design

1. Assessing product evaluation and feasibility.

2. Performing a comparative analysis by obtaining costs from multiple suppliers to ensure the design meets the required price target.

3. Conducting risk assessments and analyses to ensure compliance with standards and environmental regulations.

 

b) Sourcing

​

Vendor selection criteria include:

1. Range of production capabilities

2. Production capacity

3. Quality of products

4. Investment potential

5. Timeliness of delivery

We conduct factory audits to verify that suppliers meet requirements regarding facilities, sanitation, production capacity, social responsibility, and quality systems. We also provide buyers with seasonal market information, given our regular attendance at national and international trade fairs.

 

c) Manufacturing

1. Guaranteeing timely delivery.

2. Ensuring products meet standard requirements through performance, construction, packaging, and testing.

3. Conducting risk analyses to confirm that products are safe and functional.

4. Monitoring tests according to national and international standards through accredited technical testing laboratories.

5. Conducting damage assessments.

6. Performing random and routine inspections by trained staff and management.

 

d) In-Process QA/QC

1. Adhering to international market standards, we maintain a quality level of 2.5 AQL for all inspections from start to finish.

2. Analyzing pre-production samples for appearance, quality, stability, and performance, followed by planning three lines of inspection:

   a. Inline Inspection

   b. Midline Inspection (during production)

   c. Final Inspection

a. Inline Inspection

​

1. At this stage, we confirm that the raw materials acquired by the factory meet production requirements.

2. We monitor that the vendor is commencing production as scheduled.

 

b. Midline Inspection

​

1. This stage ensures that any discrepancies are identified early enough to address any issues that may arise during production.

 

c. Final Inspection

​

1. At this point, all goods are fully prepared and packed in cartons with the necessary markings. This is a Final Random Inspection where we verify that the products meet all specifications, including:

   • Quality/Workmanship

   • Color

   • Size

   • Packaging

   • Labeling

   • Performance

   • Aesthetics
